Can my employer discipline me for filing a claim?
Workers who suffer injuries while working are entitled to file a claim for their lost wages and medical bills. Most of these claims are known as "Worker's Compensation claims." Several agencies of New York City workers (uniformed police officers, firefighters, uniformed sanitation employees and teachers) are able to file for LODI Benefits.
